Continuing our Lent series on words associated with the cross, we look at completion. We learn that Jesus is the only solution to pervasive guilt, religion is empty without whole-hearted devotion, and only the cross stabilized ‘spiritual but not religious.’
Conforming to the Cross: To endure in our struggle against sin, ask the Lord for perseverance in trusting the sufficiency of Jesus’ work.
